Leadership Role in Island Federal's Marketing Department

JOB SUMMARY:

Candidate will report to EVP/COO and will be fully accountable for creating a sales/marketing strategy and applying an effective Member acquisition program. Will oversee the organization’s marketing efforts to promote the credit union’s retail services in the community, business, and industry-at-large according to the credit union’s community charter. Will drive strategy and tactics for acquiring new members, meet online sales goals, and increase brand awareness and consistency in existing and new markets. Will collaborate with lead generation programs using paid search, content marketing, digital display, remarketing, social advertising, mobile, video, email, and webinars. Oversee strategic direction and expansion initiatives for the credit union’s existing and potential membership. Collaborate with Executive Team to drive credit union sales and achieve growth in membership through marketing objectives—strong knowledge of marketing program development, research demographics, and strategic marketing analysis. Responsible for all public relations functions for the organization and oversee coordination of credit union-sponsored events in the community.
